HOME REMEDY FOR ASTHMA, BRONCHITIS, AND LUNG PROBLEM

Here is a common remedy prescribed by grandmas for respiratory related problem.  All you need are:

• Half a kilogram of onions

• *Half a kilogram of sugar

•   2 lemons

•   1.5 liters of water

•   7 tablespoons of honey

 *Note:  you may opt this out by increasing the amount of honey or use organic brown sugar

Heat the sugar in a metal bowl and stir until it changes its color, add the finely chopped onions, fry it a bit and add the water. Cook everything, the water should boil on medium heat until one third of the water evaporates. Then let it cool off, add the juice of 2 squeezed lemons and the honey (always only add in honey when it completely cool down to maintain the efficacy of honey), and stir everything well until it is completely smooth. Let it sit for some time, and then strain the mixture (from the onion pieces) and keep it in a glass bottle.

You should take 1 tablespoon of the drink before every meal until the whole amount is spent. If it is necessary, you should prepare a new mixture and repeat the process until the lungs are healed. Children should take a teaspoon of the drink before every meal.

Another consideration, to make sure you are not allergic to onion.

PEGAGA (CENTELLA ASIATICA) JUICE CURES DENGUE

You may have heard this elsewhere but if not I am glad to inform you that pegaga juice is a natural cure for dengue fever. As dengue fever is rampant now, I think it's good to share this with all.

A friend of mine had dengue last year. It was a very serious situation for her as her platelet count had dropped to 28,000 after 3 days in hospital and water has started to fill up her lung. She had difficulty in breathing. She was only 32-year old. Doctor says there's no cure for dengue. We just have to wait for her body immune system to build up resistance against dengue and fight its own battle.
