HOW TO BENEFIT FROM GARLIC AS HERBAL MEDICINE OR REMEDY

Many has known the great benefits of garlic and many have also known the "side-effects" of eating garlic....especially raw garlic as herbal remedy for various health issues.
The best way to benefit and take garlic raw is by burning them. Burned garlic (burned with its skin) would take away the heat / spiciness / burning sensation of eating raw garlic....plus, this way could expel gassy stomach, instead of inducing its....which many had complained as one of "bad side-effects" of garlic...
The are 2 ways to burn your garlic:
1) Poke your garlic with its skin to a fork or iron BBQ stick and burns it over over until it becomes "well-done" or chared OR...
2) Burn your garlic with its skin in oven / toaster for 20 minutes at 180 degree celcius
After the garlic is burned, peel off its skin ....and eat the burned garlic accordingly like any other herbs or like your favourite french fries....hahahaha....take 2 - 3 cloves with rice or your favourite food during meals.....this helps to make it more acceptable / palatable to eat.
Hopefully, through this way....you can finally enjoy and benefit from the well known great medicinal properties of this treasured herb since ancient times.....especially this days, in our fight against cancer and H1N1 virus, HIV, high blood pressure and many chronic illnesses.
