Dear All 

Most would have not expected that their frequent diarrhea, bloating stomach and digestion problems are also related to failing kidneys..... I personally, do have conditions that are going to be described further in my post and now, I would like to share with you all, how, the tumeric supplement that I have taken, had really stabilize my conditions......

Is turmeric good for kidney failure patients?

Kidney failure is a medical term that is always used to describe a serious illness condition in which patients run high risk for various problems like digestive problems, blood problems, fluid retention, heart problem, high cholesterol and headache and so on. Turmeric has lots of health benefits, and is good for kidney failure patients according to the its obvious treatment effects in remitting depression, indigestion or heartburn, abdominal pain, excessive bleeding, rheumatoid arthritis, diarrhea, gas, loss of appetite, jaundice, hepatitis, high cholesterol, fever, fluid retention, cancer, fluid retention, bronchitis, headache and bladder infections and so on.

Why is turmeric is beneficial for kidney failure patients?

Turmeric is beneficial for kidney failure patients owing to curcumin which has function to block inflammation. Clinical studies show in more than 95% of kidney failure cases, kidney damages are caused by inflammation which occurs when there are deposition in kidney. Turmeric contain lots of curcumin which can help to block inflammation and thus stop progression of illness condition.

In cases of kidney failure, symptoms and complications occur because of decreased kidney function and they accelerate kidney disease. Without effective and timely treatment, more and more kidney tissues are damaged and these complications and symptoms become more and more serious. Therefore, when inflammation is blocked effectively, not only further kidney damages are avoided, progression of illness condition is slowed down.

Lastly, although there is no evidence that show turmeric is bad for kidney, kidney failure patients need to consult their doctor firstly, so as to avoid unnecessary problems.

There is also another chinese herb that you could consider adding to your supplement, i.e. cordyceps which are good for people with kidney problems.

Dear All

Recently, my serious diarrhea came back again (I have multiple diarrhea issues) and this time, what seems to work is tumeric.

For about 2 weeks I was suffering from serious diarrhea with water stool and weight loss. I was so weak there seems to be a lot of gas in my stomach.   After much trying many remedies that I know, finally, I found relief when my tumeric supplement in capsule form arrived.  After taking it for the 1st day, I started to see my diarrhea started to reduce and on the second day, the water stool stop. I have known this tumeric remedy for some times but some how forgotten about it until my tumeric supplement was delivered to me.  It has been like 4 days now and my condition is stabilizing. Now, what needs to be done is to build back my energy and body weight...

I take 1 capsule of tumeric after every meal and even at night before I sleep, I take 1 after a glass of special food replacement formula (in total, about 5 capsules per day).

The type of tumeric supplement I take is from Dr. Mercola / India Organic Tumeric.  You can get such tumeric capsules from Himalaya Pharmacy as well, otherwise, you could use organic tumeric powder, add about 1/4 teaspoon into warm water with honey or your goat milk (pasturized goat milk is preferred to cow milk).

Dear All

Many has known the great benefits of garlic and many have also known the "side-effects" of eating garlic....especially raw garlic as herbal remedy for various health issues.

The best way to benefit and take garlic raw is by burning them.  Burned garlic (burned with its skin) would take away the heat / spiciness / burning sensation of eating raw, this way could expel gassy stomach, instead of inducing its....which many had complained as one of "bad side-effects" of garlic...

The are 2 ways to burn your garlic:

1) Poke your garlic with its skin to a fork or iron BBQ stick and burns it over over until it becomes "well-done" or chared OR...

2) Burn your garlic with its skin in oven / toaster  for 20 minutes at 180 degree celcius

After the garlic is burned, peel off its skin ....and eat the burned garlic accordingly like any other herbs or like your favourite french fries....hahahaha....take 2 - 3 cloves with rice or your favourite food during meals.....this helps to make it more acceptable / palatable to eat.

Hopefully, through this can finally enjoy and benefit from the well known great medicinal properties of this treasured herb since ancient times.....especially this days, in our fight against cancer and H1N1 virus, HIV, high blood pressure and many chronic illnesses.

Appreciate every drop of water....

Good clean water is simply filtered water with its natural minerals minus the chlorine and floride......boiled and if possible of "Living Water" to be stored in ceramics / earth wares containers would be the best.....

Try to avoid storing water in any kind of plastics and if possible, stay away from plastic bottled water.

Happy drinking simple plain water, at least 2 litres per day for adults or more depending on your lifestyle / activities.   Cheers!!!!
