REMEDY FOR GASSY / BLOATING STOMACH

Dear All

If you are one of those who suffers from gassy / bloating stomach after eating, especially from food such as garlic, onion, ginger, beans, vegetables etc., it is because your digestion is weak / unable to digest these food / simple carbohydrate which causes very uncomfortable and some times, painful pressure around your stomach and chest area which could make your life a "hell" and this condition could cause diarrhea too.
